Ya Don’t Stop first dropped the bomb in 2009 with a 2 on 2 battle format followed in 2010 by the ultimate solo cypher where bboys battled for their place on stage in the BBOY Burnout.

This year we are about to raise the roof yet again with the ultimate solo cypher eliminator, BBOY Burnout and 'Young Blood' (under 18's) 2 on 2 battles. Additional to this we will be holding a 3 day master camp with this years judges as well as Lu-Chi'sz Afro Funk cypher and the Elemental Force after party.

This is a solo cypher eliminator where for 2 hours you will have to cypher nonstop and impress the judges to be selected for the top 16 for the main event.

ANYONE CAN ENTER CYPHER: It's designed to allow all levels to dance at the same time in one place. For those who wanna qualify you just need to represent to the fullest!
Top 16 will then battle on stage at live event with the winner going home very wealthy!
Qualifier rounds to be held during the day before live event.

Hey guys I have been asked loads of questions about the format and process of this years event so here is a break down of what will happen!

Basically the qualifications for the Young Blood 2 on 2 (Under 18's) and the BBOY Burnout will happen during the day before the main live spectator event.

It will be just like a regular jam with BBOYS, BGIRLS, DJ's and good vibes!

If your familiar with YDS you will know we include some extra special finishing touches and the difference to most jams is that the venue layout will be like going back in time to the early 80's (Hip Hop heaven).

CVK giant graffiti backdrop, 14K sound system, LED lights (Disco Tech ) and with full theatrical tech team on board.


YOUNG BLOOD Qualification 11am and rounds will run up until semi final. (Semi final and Final at live event 5pm - 8pm)

BBOY BURNOUT Qualification 1pm and will run NONSTOP for 2 hours!!!!! Judges will look for the most hungry cats in the room. (Top sixteen who stand out in the cyphers will battle on stage at live event 5pm - 8pm)

I have tried to make this fun for everyone from beginners, advanced, cypher cats, spectators, comp BBOYS you name it you will all LOVE IT!

I have so far managed to confirm a good number of UK crews to attend even though its a solo event. Reason is I wanna encourage the crews to come out and represent just like you all would of back in the day.

Wear your crew colours, wear your crew tees and rep your crew!!!!!!!!
