I just went on looking for dance auditions and every single ad I see is full of words like exposure and experience followed by no pay!!
Im fed up of seeing this everytime i look for work


People ask why hip hop is dead? when there are people out there working for free and prostituting themselves for exposure.
Can we all collectively make the effort not to mess ourselves over and have some self respect lol
