Didge, this is my opinion and my opinion only, if u don't agree that's upto you.
There has been a lot more events occurring this year, everytime i'm on the boards there's always a new notice for another event in the works. Not everyone can be at every event, even the locals! There are people (like myself) who don't get to travel to England much (never mind London, only been there twice!!) and choose their events carefully. Maybe those from London and surrounding areas have already spent their quota on travelling to events and can't afford to spend anymore. Can't blame them like that, yet you say you're disappointed at the whole of the UK for not turning up to your event? That's like Second to None saying why didn't Scotland turn up to Vile Style?? They're at opposite ends of the country!!
From what I've heard Dirty Feet is a hype event, but come on bro, can't let 1 jam THROW you off.
That thing with the Italians and the weekdays thing, things are different over here. Hardly any events get thrown during the week (and if they are they're a part of club nights so at least some people turn upto them!!).
No disrespect but this is what I feel.
